New York, N.Y.- January 15, 2020—RooneyPartners, a New York-based integrated communications agency, today announced three promotions within the firm’s fast-growing digital and social media practice. Lauren Cooper has been promoted to Managing Director, Ahmet Reisli to Director of Creative Services, and Jay Max to Senior Associate.
The Digital and Social Media team at RooneyPartners provides a complete suite of digital marketing and communications services encompassing brand development, search strategy, social media marketing, web development, content and creative strategy, and digital, social media and web analytics and intelligence. The team coordinates with the firm’s Media Relations group to provide clients with comprehensive, integrated communications programs that drive awareness, audience engagement, and conversion actions that deliver business value.

Ms. Cooper, who joined RooneyPartners in 2017, specializes in digital and social media strategy and campaign development. She manages the team’s work for several of the firm’s digital clients and plays a significant role in new business development and growth. Previously, Lauren worked with Microsoft’s msnNOW.com and AOL Daily Finance.com, and was a content manager for Consumer Reports, where top media outlets featured her work. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Barnard College and holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of Journalism.
Mr. Reisli, who has been with RooneyPartners since 2015, oversees creative services for RooneyPartners clients, including graphic design and branding, as well as web development, SEO strategy, and search marketing assignments in numerous industry verticals. Ahmet is Google Ads certified and plays a key role in the firm’s new business efforts. He holds a Master’s degree in branding and integrated communications from the City University of New York, with a specialization in public relations.
Mr. Max, who joined RooneyPartners in 2018, is a creative strategist and social media manager working across a variety of industry verticals, including financial services and healthcare. He specializes in copywriting, cross-platform digital and social media campaign development, and creative strategy. Before joining RooneyPartners, Jay was a copywriter at Newsday Media Group, where he developed and managed numerous highly successful 360 marketing promotions and branding initiatives. He is also a Billboard-charting songwriter and has composed more than 40 feature songs.
