Roy Bumsted brings more than 50 years of communications experience to RooneyPartners clients, with a focus on adding value through a range of creative strategies in consumer and corporate branding, B2C and B2B sales development, and public relations.
As Chief Executive of the former Dunwoodie Communications, a NYC-based agency with international capabilities and global clients, he represented numerous bold-face clients, such as Pernod Ricard, Citicorp, Georgia Pacific, Charles Schwab, and Shearson Lehman Brothers. He also directed programs for numerous beverage importers and brands, including Heineken, Remy Cointreau, Molson Breweries, Poland Spring, Smirnoff, and Dom Perignon.
Roy is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University. He began his career as a reporter and editor of NJ newspapers, and has served as an outside director of public and private companies and on boards of charitable organizations and clubs.
